Howard attended schools in Morris County. In the 1930’s he moved to Garden City and was a self employed carpenter. He enjoyed doing wood projects, camping, fishing, hunting & playing cards. He was preceded in death by his Parents, 5 Brothers , 3 Sisters & 1 Step-Daughter.
