Mr. Rosas was born in Rock Springs, Texas and had lived in San Angelo, moved to Post Texas in 1940 and lived Garden City since April of 2011. He worked Burlington/Post Cotton Mill for 30 years. He enjoyed riding his adult sized tricycle, entertaining the ladies at Family Dollar, rooting for his favorite baseball team, watching cowboy movies and feeding the squirrels. Although he never married, he was a father figure to several nieces and nephews, stepping in to care for them when one of his brothers died. He was a kind man who loved his Catholic religion and faithfully attended church on a regular basis.

Preceded in death by parents, and brothers- Antonio Rosas, Jr., Jose Rosas, Felix Rosas, Octaviano Rosas and Sisters- Fransisca Ramirez and Lupe Gomez.
