Joyce graduated from Garden City High School and attended Garden City Community College. She worked as a Bookkeeper for Mel Krebs Construction, Reed & Reed Dirt Contractors and C.F. McGraw Trucking while she lived in Garden City. In 2001 she moved to Liberal and was a Night Auditor at Liberal Inn and Super 8. Joyce enjoyed crocheting, doing crafts and her various collections. She especially liked her Dogs and working on the family tree thru genealogy searches. She was preceded in death by her Father, Mother- Valeta McFadden, Husbands, 1 Daughter- Barbarta E. Price, 1 Grandson- James R. Post & 1 Brother- Richard Wolking
