Marriage: to E. R. (Todd) Vincent on July 19, 1941 at Cimarron. He died in 2008

Membership: First Presbyterian Church of Lakin

Florine was born on her Father’s homestead Northwest of Lakin and started school in a one room county school. She went to grade school in Lakin and graduated in 1941 from Lakin Rural High School. She was a mother and homemaker first and foremost. Later she ran the scales for American Crystal Sugar Company during sugar beet harvest and for Kearny County Feeders during corn silage harvest. She was active in her community by serving on the election board for 26 years, was a cosmetic distributer, headed up various charitable drives and was a volunteer at the Budget Shop. She liked to do crochet and needle work, dance and her many trips in the R.V. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, 1 Brother & Sister-in-law- Merton & Minnie Hefner and 1 Nephew.
