Obituary for Ramiro R. Garza Jr.

Ramiro R. Garza Jr., age 38 of Ulysses, Kansas died Monday, August 10, 2015 at The Legacy at Park View in Ulysses, Kansas. He was born September 22, 1976 in Garden City, Kansas, the son of Ramiro R. Garza Sr. and Juanita Mendoza.

Ramiro was an automotive mechanic. He was raised by Ramiro Garza Sr. and Linda Navarrette since the age of 3. He lived in Ulysses until he was 14 years old and then moved to Kansas City. Ramiro loved his family and spending time with them. He also enjoyed watching wrestling and working on cars. He and Pricilla Guerrero have been together for five years.

He is survived by his companion, Pricilla Guerrero of Ulysses, Kansas; his children, Marisa Garza Santillan of Kansas City, Missouri, Jermiah Sprague, Josiah Sprague and Arianna Sprague of Olathe, Kansas, Alyssia Garza of Salina, Kansas; his step-children, Jasmine Guerrero, Yadira Guerrero, Teresa Guerrero, Neil Guerrero Jr., all of Ulysses, Kansas; father, Ramiro R. Garza Sr. of Garden City, Kansas; mother, Linda Navarrette of Wichita, Kansas; brothers, John Garza of Kansas City, Missouri, Eleazar Mendoza of Fremont, Ohio; sister, Rebecca Sharp of Kansas City, Kansas; grandparents, Abel and Olivia Mendoza; and two step-grandchildren, Giovanna and Javuis.

Ramiro is preceded in death by his sister, Tarina Roberts; brother, Cresencio Mendoza; grandparents, Alfredo and Rebeca Garza.
