Parents: Miguel Franco & Dolores (Rodriguez) Franco
Marriages: Paula Rodriguez on December 3, 1949 in Shallow Water, Texas. She died November 8, 1994.
Lucia SanJuan on September 9, 2000 In Garden City, Kansas . She survives
Memberships: St. Mary Catholic Church, Garden City, Kansas-Cursillista
Mr Franco was born in Mexico but was a lifetime Garden City resident. He had worked as a truck driver, and for the city in maintenance for over 20 years. He was an active Cursillista, enjoyed tinkering with his cars, traveling, and listening to Nortena music. He was an excellent grandfather and his legacy can be seen in his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents- Miguel Franco & Dolores (Rodriguez),Franco, Son-Ignacio Franco Jr., Siblings- Armando Franco, Guadalupe Franco, Martin Franco, Rafael Franco, Eliza Lozoya, Maria Ines Corpus and Juanita Valdez.
