Steve attended school in Garden City. He drove a truck briefly before going to work as a millwright at Mid-America Millwright Services where he became a Foreman. He also worked at Greggs Welding and Millwright and for a short time owned his own business, Weber’s Welding and Millwright. Steve enjoyed rock’n’roll music, old John Wayne and Clint Eastwood Westerns, muscle cars including the ’67 Camero he owned,, and watching football as he was a die hard KC Chiefs fan. More that anything Steve loved spending time with his friends and family.
