Condolence: I worked many years w/ Jay both as a floor nurse and as the nursing coordinator. I always was reassured when he was working whether it was EMS or in the ER. He always had a "presence" about him and I have missed that since he retired. God Bless his family as Jay has moved up those final steps of life.
