Condolence: I am saddened to hear of Phil's passing. Phil and I were very good friends and became acquainted when we were in Boy Scouts in the 1960's. We were in the class of 1966 at Hutchinson High School. I wish to extend my condolences to Phil's family and friends. I will remember fondly our times together and treasure his friendship.

Condolence: My condolence to the family. I remember Phillip from when he worked at the store in Plains. My time with him in the National Guards was a very good time. Rest in peace.

Condolence From: Fred Neff
Condolence: My condolences to the family, as I am sure Phil will be sorely missed! I'll never forget the enjoyable time I served with him the Kansas National Guard. He was a wonderful human being, and I still tell stories about the good times we had in the 161st Field Artillery! I want to wish all those that miss him God's blessings, and may we all heal in this time of great sadness.
