Leon graduated from Hutchinson High School. He worked in Hutchinson as a Electrician on TV and Radio Towers and was a Partner in a Appliance Repair Business. In the early 50’s he moved to Garden City and spent the rest of his working career in heating and air conditioning for Garden City Sheet Metal. His main interest was doing maintenance at the church and other volunteer activities around the church along with photography, computers & reading to stay current on new products and innovations in several different areas. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Sister- Roberta Mulford & Great-Grandson- Kenyon Nonhof.
