Obituary for Zarina Nicole Butler

Lakin- Zarina Nicole Butler, 11, died on Saturday, October 7, 2017 in Gray County. She was born on November 26, 2005 at Lakin the daughter of Verle William Butler, Jr. and Irina Filatova.

Zarina was a 6th grader in Lakin and was on the volleyball team. She enjoyed attending the St Anthony Catholic Church Youth Group meetings so she could develop a positive attitude and help people. She was a sincere friend. She enjoyed crafts, painting, drawing, dancing and singing.

She is survived by her Mother- Irina Filatova of the Home, 2 Sisters- Brandi Albert of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma & Chasity Gray of Tulsa, Oklahoma, 1 Brother- Zerikhun Filatov of the home, 3 Nieces- Madison Sells & Isla Albert of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Olivia Gray of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her Father.

Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday at St Anthony Catholic Church in Lakin with Father Rene Labrador presiding. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Zarina Butler Memorial Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home. Condolences may be posted at www.garnandfuneralhomes.com
