Condolence From: Mary Berg
Condolence: To the family, my sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one. As you cope with your loss, may you be comforted by the "Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort" (2 Cor 1:3) that one day, "all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." (John 5:28, 29) May these promises from our Heavenly Father give you comfort now and real hope for the future. Deepest sympathy.

Condolence: My thoughts are with all of Rick's family and friends at this time. Rick was truly a very special man, as he brought happiness and laughter wherever he went. He would come to our office and wander through the office and visit with everyone no matter what his purpose was for being there. At first he would always leave his dog outside and of course the dog stood at the door looking through the window trying to see where Rick was. We told Rick that he should let the dog come in and so he did. The dog was always quiet and reserved and stay at Rick's side, but as Rick's stay grew longer than the dog's patience the dog would get up and meander through the office looking around and getting everyone to pet him. Rick enjoyed everything about life from politics to work and he would always have a light hearted thought regarding everything he liked to talk about. He touched many lives and was certainly a very solid part of the community of Elkhart. His passing will leave an absence in Elkhart which will never be filled and his memory will never be forgotten. I can imagine that his laugh will be heard in heaven and his big waves to friends will be seen. He was very special to us. John and Karen Nusser Diana and Dave Swiatkowski
