Vivian A. Downing, age 87, of Elkhart, Kansas, died Sunday, December 3, 2017, at Morton County Senior Living Community in Elkhart, Kansas. She was born August 21, 1930, the daughter of Anthony and Katherine (Frank) Kippes.
Graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at 11:00 AM at St. Ann Cemetery in Walker, Kansas, with Father John Schmeidler officiating. Arrangements are in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 514 Kansas Ave., PO Box 854, Elkhart, KS 67950.
