Obituary for Tammy Sue Stepp

Tammy Sue Stepp, 58, died Monday, March 19, 2018 at her home in Garden City. She was born
May 1, 1959 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of Jackie Lee & Bonnie Sue (Jennings) Betsworth.
Tammy lived in various places throughout her life. She grew up in the Kansas City area, later lived in the Cayman Islands, Pennsylvania and moved to Garden City in 2015. Tammy worked as an I.T. Consultant for hospice. She was a member of the SPCA and the Friends of Kansas City Zoo. Tammy also had a love for cooking.
Survivors include her husband Stewart Stepp of the home; two daughters Nikki Scimeca of Plattsborg, Missouri and Samantha Dodson of Overland Park, Kansas; two sons Travis Betsworth Stepp of Gladstone, Missouri and Mitchell P. Stepp of Kansas City, Missouri; her parents Jack and Bonnie Betsworth of Kansas City, Missouri; a brother Bob & wife Carla Betsworth of Kansas City, Missouri; and a sister Julie Tucker and family of Osage, Missouri.
A private family service will take place at a later date. There will be no calling hours. The family suggests memorials given to the SPCA in care of Garnand Fuenral Home of Garden City.
