Victor Hugo Ramirez, age 26, died October 6, 2009 at Ulysses, Kansas. He was born July 21, 1983 at Levelland, Texas, the son of Seferino and Irene (Velardes) Ramirez.

Victor was a graduate of Ulysses High School in 2003 where he excelled in drawing and sculptures. He was an employee of Kroy Industries and a very dedicated worker. Victor enjoyed spending time with his family and made sure they always came first with him.

Survivors include his son, Victor Davian Ramirez of Ulysses, Kansas; his parents, Seferino and Irene Ramirez of Ulysses, Kansas; one brother, Armando Ramirez of Ulysses, Kansas; three sisters, Veronica Kriethe of Ft. Worth, Texas, Violeta Ramirez of Ulysses, Kansas, Julieta Ramirez of Ft. Worth, Texas; and one grandfather, Santos Ramirez of Elsa, Texas.

Victor is preceded in death by his grandmother, Maria Teresa Ramirez and Uncle Venancio Ramirez.
