Mary Elizabeth Weiler, 73 of Garden City, Kansas died on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Homestead Health and Rehabilitation Center in Garden City, Kansas. She was born on May 11, 1936 in Parry Sounds District, Canada the daughter of Albert and Matilda Marie (Busch) Weiler.

Mary was born and raised in Canada, where she attended school. She moved to the United States and relocated in Missouri before moving to Garden City in 1988 where she would remain.

Survivors include three brothers, Lloyd Weiler of Toronto, Canada, Eddie Weiler of Pawasson, Canada and Arnold Weiler of Callander Ontario, Canada; four sisters, Doris Taphams of Powasson Ontario, Canada, Phyllis Barber of Nippissing, Canada, Rita LaFrance and Loretta.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Leander and Bert Weiler.

A family graveside will take place at a later date in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Trout Creek, Canada.
