Message: Kandy and family- I was sorry to learn of the loss of CL. I met him shortly after I moved to begin working for Garden City in 1978 and dealt with him both as a contractor and as he served as a member of the Area Planning Commission. He was always helpful and honest, providing good services to his customers and the community. I always enjoyed visiting with him and appreciated his sense of humor. Like you I have a lot of good memories of CL, he was one of my favorites. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
