Leta was so sweet and kind to me when Denise and I were good friends in elementary and junior high school. I loved being in her home. I will always remember her smile and contagious laughter. To her family, may God bring each of you comfort and peace in your sorrow. Much love to all!

I remember Leta working at Herndon's years ago. I was several years younger than her, but she was so kind to me. She always acknowledged me and made me feel like I was her friend. That was something I always remembered and her influence lead me to try to do the same to younger kids when I was a teenager. Needless to say, she never lost that special kindness. I will miss her.
Leta's Family: I am so sorry that I will not be able to the service. I have an out of town commitment, but I will be with you in my thoughts and memories of Leta.
