Obituary for Walter Rundell

Pierceville- Walter Alan Rundell, 91, died on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at the same house he was born in on February 13, 1929 on the family homestead of 1914 in Finney County the son of Ray Albert & Beryl Ozelle (Prater) Rundell. He married Esther M. Toth on January 30, 1959 at Denver, Colorado. She died on March 4, 2017.

Walter attended East Banner Grade School in Haskell County and graduated from Pierceville High School. He was a lifelong farmer in southern Finney County. He was a member of Pierceville Federated Church, Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter #377 and a charter member of International Flying Farmers. Walter enjoyed flying his planes, traveling and playing various string instruments. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife, Brother- Elton Rundell and 2 Sisters- Grace Murphy and Marie Mitchell.

He is survived by his Sister- Alethea Weldon of Mesquite, Texas and 14 Nieces and Nephews
