Dighton- Raymond E. DeBusk, 70, died on Sunday, July 19, 2020 at his home in Dighton. He was born on October 26, 1949 at Larned. He married Linda K. Honomichl on November 20, 1982 at Ellinwood. She died on September 7, 2017.

Raymond graduated from Macksville High School and attended Salina VoTech School in Salina for the welding program. He was a truck driver most of his life in Greensburg and after moving to Dighton in 2006.

He is survived by Daughter- Christy DeBusk of Great Bend, Son- Ivor DeBusk of Dodge City and 4 Grandchildren- David (Charity) DeBusk of Scott City, Chevy DeBusk, Wade DeBusk and Waylon DeBusk all of Haven.

He is predeceased by his Parents, Wife and his Son Matt DeBusk who died on July 21.

Friends may call from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday with family present from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Boomhower Funeral Home in Dighton. Private burial will be in Lakin-Comanche District Cemetery in Ellinwood. Memorials are suggested to Cancer Center of Kansas-Dodge City in care of Boomhower Funeral Home. Condolences may be posted at

So sorry for your losses this past week. Worked with Ray years ago. He will be missed by all. Prayers to the family.
