I love this picture that you have for Uncle Jack. He was always smiling and happy. He was funny and loved to joke. I loved when he showed me how he could put a fish in a canning jar and seal it by boiling it. It would cook it and the fish would taste great. I heard he was a world class BBQ'r. I wish I would have got to taste some of his great food. You will forever be in my heart.
