What a great man Jim was. He was more than my boss for over 16 years, he was like a father to everyone who worked for him. He instilled more wisdom in me than anyone else I know. He will be sorely missed in the community and the Law Enforcement Community. To the family of Jim, I'm very sorry for your loss and I grieve with you! It's your end of watch, my friend...rest in peace!
