Message: My condolences to the family, as I am sure Phil will be sorely missed! I'll never forget the enjoyable time I served with him the Kansas National Guard. He was a wonderful human being, and I still tell stories about the good times we had in the 161st Field Artillery! I want to wish all those that miss him God's blessings, and may we all heal in this time of great sadness.
